With the closing of Shea and Yankee Stadiums, will Fenway Park or Wrigley Field be the next of the old yards to be replaced?

I hope not. Wrigley and Fenway are great. Yankee stadium was cool but Shea is a dive.

I would certainly hope not. Baseball should at least go out of it's way to protect some of its shrines.

I understand some of these parks are outdated, and I have no problem with new, turn of the century stadiums. I just wish the old ones didnt have to be torn down, they are a true piece of American history. A part of us which we will never let go. Thanks for keeping these memories alive with your questions, I love it!
