Best diet plan honestly. Eating healthy and exercise you cannot beat it.

Ok, it is really simple. I am assuming you are at that plateau where your eating habits are not causing you to gain or lose weight. Now just eat less of what you are eating now. Keep the same diet/menu and physical activity (whatever that may be) and you will shed the weight. Just be patient. You have reached that equilibrium where your caloric intake has leveled off with your metabolism. Leave a few bites on the plate.

Atkins and exercise.

Fruits and vegetables when ever I find the urge to snack, plenty of water, a two mile hike every morning and evening. Floor exercises which include leg lifts and sit ups. And last but not least...cutting my meals in half with a small bowl of soup at lunch time. Congrats on your baby.

Its an old secret... Its called the "Everything in moderation." Diet. You eat whatever you want in reasonable portions and at reasonable intervalls and you exersize it off later on. It works. But it has one big problem... No one actually wants to do it.
