Hummingbirds, for their size, have very long tongues with sort of brushy tips. They use the tongue to lap up nectar and can extend and contract the tongue up to 12 times per second. On the floor of the mouth, the tongue splits and the two forks roll up, like those noisemakers that unroll when you blow into them.
