I am assuming this is a joke but actually most, if not all hospitals will tell you that if you are sick..do not come to work because of the idea of germ control and making patients sicker. It would depend on what your job is too

eh, yeah, I mean your sickness can be contagous and can infect other major doctors of the hospital thus preventing more buisness from being brought forth to the people who have liver failure, heat strokes, heart attacks, etc.
