  • My vote is based strictly on two things. 1) I chose the party who promotes keeping government out of our lives, less government, promotes free choice. 2) The party which has a tougher stance on terrorist activities and will do a better job at protecting our citizens. I'm Voting Republican.
  • For starters, most of us who do not support him do not think he's an idiot. He simply does not have enough experience and won't for several more years.
  • In a nutshell, he's too liberal, too inexperienced and his friends and associates seem shady and even felonious. He can't seem to think and talk at the same time. Using a teleprompter at town hall meetings is just sad. He sounds like a blithering idiot without a teleprompter. The following audio is from an appearance in my state.
  • no one can get experience for the white house, unless they get the job at the white house. no experience is a pretty sorry excuse for not voting for someone who really cares about the people of the usa, instead of the big businesses.
  • Your kidding correct? For a second just imagine all our ememy nations watching the spaker of the house introducing THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES a muslim named black man. regardless, he hasn't done anything of significance, politically. very inexperienced....i fear a Carter like country ....at very least with a powerful military we have something the world needs to respect....America ellects him and we shall be the laughing stock of the world. wrong time for him. 911 is too fresh...and we are in a Holy Jihad war wether you believe it or not....and they will not stop....they are likened more and more to the Nazi's quest for world domination...due to there strength....OIL Once our country demands green energy / open up all the oil in Alaska and Canada.( Canada has more oil then the east....i guess 105 degrees is easier than sub zero conditions to get at it...
  • He wants to invade Pakistan. American invasions of other nations kill lots of innocent people, and I'm not just talking about Iraq and Afghanistan. Please, vote in someone who's going to respect international law.
  • OK 1 inexperienced 2 muslim named 3 inexperienced 4 nice circle of friend...his reverand a true racist showed whats up 5 he has teleprompter all over for all the stupid comment he makes...he's been told to shut up by his underlings 6. the Republicans have always kept america militarily strong...this above all is key right now 7 our emenemy is part of the extrmest muslim worlds PERHAPS he could bridge this gap....likely he'll be looked upon as an Uncle Tom to them. 8. Yes Black is the wrong color right now. just off the top of my head. McCain has some serious flaws too......the lesser of 2 evils as i see it. at least the waring countries won't breathe a sigh of relief. i lost someone in the 911 attack....i will never elect a Muslim to anything...they want a war...they picked the right county....awaking the sleeping giant.
  • Well he went to cult racist Church for 20 years and suddenly decided it was bad. The Church cleaned up its hate filled marxist we site. M-Obama's thesis is racially divisive and she is also a racist. His friends are big time criminals and racist. His town is known to be a mafia strong hold. The list is far to extensive to list, he didn't vote in the Senate he is a community leader in a Mafia Community.
  • Let me say first, for the record, that I would really like to have a black president or a woman president or both. I've been waiting for this since Shirley Chisolm. That is a long time to wait. I have several qualms about Obama. First of all, he hasn't been in the game long enough for us to know anything about him. And as they are digging out details, I'm not liking what I'm hearing. Would you be willing to work with William Ayers? If I knew I'd have to work with him, I'd quit. Seriously. I don't care how ambitious I was or how great a leg up the job might be, he is just a few levels below Osama bin Laden. Ayers too, was willing to use bombs to advance his politics. I would not knowingly be in the same room with him. Secondly, there is his pastor. I know he makes all kinds of excuses about it, but you don't stay in a church for 20 years if you don't agree with the pastor. And a pastor doesn't hide his beliefs most of the time and just come out with them when you aren't there. No one does. Thirdly, there is his voting record. Oh wait, there isn't one. He hasn't bothered to show up to work. How long would you keep your job if you just didn't show up? Apparently that doesn't apply to the senate. Being president is a 24 hour a day job. No president actually goes on vacation. The job follows them wherever they go. They may choose to work from their home state for a few days, or from Camp David, but they never stop working. You can't just not show up for work. I don't think he is an idiot. And I wouldn't care if he was purple with pink polka dots. I grew up in an extremely multiracial area and my friends came in all colors. It doesn't matter to me. But I have questions about who he is and what his character is that haven't been fully answered because he just hasn't been in the game long enough. And as partial answers are coming out, they are raising more questions, not answering them. I hope someone will put forth a candidate that I can get behind next time. There are black governors out there. Why don't they run?
  • There is one and only one reason that Barack Obama will not get my vote. He thinks we should sit down and peacefully negotiate with leaders of Rouge nations that would like nothing better than to see Israel and the United States wiped off the face of the earth.
  • As the Senator of my state, I've had the opportunity to notice up close what makes Obama tick. He is someone who is not as experienced as I would hope a presidential canidate to be. What concerns me is who he calls his friends. These are the people he will go to for advice. Lack of experience aside, it shows poor judgement. I do not agree with his support of partial birth abortion - or allowing a living baby to die when the abortion failed. (infantcide) I am concerned with his stand on handgun control. I am concerned about the amount of money I'll have to pay in taxes, when I'm struggling right now. I feel he treated Hillary Clinton, the one who would have had my vote, poorly. His pride & arrogance is getting in the way of doing right by her. Perhaps I would feel better about him as a candidate if he had waited...10 years or so to become a more seasoned & effective politician. But I can not in good faith vote for him just because I'm running away from the 8 years of Bush. Obama must earn my vote, and until he does, I'm still undecided.
