Yeah, it depends on the quality of the cave though. Here where I live, the science centre charges that amount for adults.
It all depends on the location and uniqueness.
I would consider 15 pounds reasonable for such global caverns like Mammoth & Carlsbad (USA), Crystal & Fantasy (Bermuda), Gibraltar (UK) as reasonable for example..
If it was of historical importance and the money was being used for its upkeep
