Ok, overall the All blacks obviously but there are some other pretty good players, not so much the team, as well: all blacks - chris cullen, andrew merthens, sean fitzpatrick, Jeff Wilson, ZinZan Brooke, Olo Brown (alongside many many more) springboks - oos du rand, joel stransky, england - Martin Johnson Australia - David Campese

Yeah, All Blacks all the way. Best players - Carter, Mehrtens, McCaw, Cullen, Lomu, Zinzan, Wilkinson, probably some others but im biased to NZ :p
