I am 60 yrs old and have slurred speech as the only neurological symptom. My MRI and CAT scan show no evidence of stroke, but a lot of calcium in the brain, especially the basil ganglia. Any ideas what this is?

minor strokes can cause a builduyp of calcium... but are not significant enough to show up on cat scans -
