You can always find the truth. Look for it.

I usually have an opinion. Then I will listen to all viewpoints and evidence and decide if my original opinion is still the one that I feel strongly about.

I just spit out what I think and later may decide that I should have done some research before opening my mouth but that's me:)

I keep an open mind, I research many different things, I am good at playing devil's advocate and trying to see both sides of the issue

THATS A BUNCH OF BULLSHIT ,YES GET DIFFERENT VIEWPOINTS,BUT ALWAYS GO WITH YOUR 1ST MIND,NEVER SEARCH FOR SHIT .ROTTEN SHIT ALWAYS HAS A WAY OF WORKING ITS WAY TO THE TOP SO YOU SMELL IT

I gather different viewpoints to form an opinion. I try to see their strenghts and their weeknesses and make a comparative analysis. To me going in a discussion with your mind made up and unwilling to put your opinion to the test is just irational. And having an opinion and then just looking for evidence to support it is a method perverted from the start, because you will interpret all the facts from what you know is a bias position. (bias sometimes is built into your thoughts but if you try to root it out you can, many times) That being said, sometimes I do get tired in discussions to hear the same things said a million times by different people thinking they are original. Originality comes with lots of study and serious thinking. The first thing that pops into your head on an issue is 99% of the times not original, millions of people thought about it before. (ok,ok, I'm just venting here)
