Generally I don't care about celebrities or what they are doing. And I don't really have feelings or convictions against fur coats. We can eat animals, why can't we use their fur too?

She has the money to buy fur, good for her. I just want to see the pics of her getting doused in red paint, which I would find highly amusing.

I don't really approve of anyone wearing fur for the sake of fashion. If you're an Eskimo, or living in Siberia or something fair enough- but with so many good alternatives available in the shops these days I don't think there's any excuse. I guess ten years ago it was the trendy thing to be all ethical and "I'd rather go naked than wear fur." and these days its the trendy thing not to care. I think its a bit sad than even ethical principles can go in and out with the course of fashion.

I can't really blame someone for wearing fur, when I would just as easily eat an animal for taste.

I am a big fan of Madonna's music, but when I hear she is wearing real fur for fashion it offends me. I think it is disgusting in our day and age to act so barbaric. There are so many other fabrics available and killing innocent animals for fur is darn right outrageous. Why is this not banned?

madonna has been in the spotlight for 25years and in those years do you not known maddona to seek attention in some outrageous way. not likley, it is a publicity stunt. the fear of becoming dull is what motivates madonna, and that fear has served her well.

Madonna doesn't give a rats rump about my leather coat or my down coat so I really don't concern myself much with her.
