Yes or no... For some it might be both for others... who knows. I'm sure that there are thousands of specialists lined up waiting for a goverment grant to get to the bottom of this and similar questions but does it really matter? For me, I have two things that spark my interests: The first would be enemas. Could be related to some childhood things but before anyone jumps to conclusions... when I grew up kids got enemas for just about anything including being moody, but it was not considered abuse in those days, just good home healthcare. "He's been awfully moody lately. He might be stopped up... you should give him a nice warm soapy enema..." The other fetish would be spanking.
