Haha, you mean like Photoshop? I can help you out, you don't even need a website. I have Photoshop CS2, and can E-mail it to you if you're wiling.

GIMP is what I use. it has many of the same functions as photoshop, though even if you already know photoshop it takes a bit to learn. No trials no emails (that I've gotten idk how good my spam blocker is) you jsut dowload it and use
