I mostly agree with that. If a person is religious, fine, just dont make it a public affair or try to convince me to think or believe in the things you do. In other words, do not try for me to wear the same brand or style you are wearing, I personally like briefs, you like boxers, thongs or nothing at all? thats fine with me. If you want your underwear to show a little that is OK too, just respect my choices and "fashion" preference.

Ahhh - agree to a certain extent. I don't like people who tell me what is wrong in the world and with me and how I need God/Jesus/Buddha - what have you. I grew up in Texas, and had religion almost literally showed down my throat. I think people should figure out what their spirituality is for themselves and not force their beliefs on others.

Agreed. Though in that case, I'd prefer going commando...

yah, and you definitely shouldn't rub your underwear in other people's faces!
-
Agreed and should be taken off and washed once in a while. Clean out some of that skanky dogma and hypocritical racing stripes! :D
-
Agree, but I would rephrase it a little. "Religion should be like underwear - worn on the inside unless someone asks to see it"
-
I agree because not everyone is interested in one's beliefs.A person who preaches their religion or lack of becomes a bore, especially when they go on about how wrong someone is to believe the way they do...yawn...

Religion should show in your actions, as in trying to be the best person you can be, and not spew constantly from your mouth. Wait until asked..don't volunteer.

I don't necessarily agree...first of all, fashion has decreed underwear as worn on the outside to be stylin for 3o years...since Madonna (and others before her - she was just the name) put on a camisole or bra or garters as a 'cute top', and more recently since prison-influenced fashion for men decreed that pants should hang low so that boxers could be seen. But enough about fashion, religion can be a beautiful force in one's life, so wearing a cross or a pentacle, or talking about it isn't really more offensive than going on and on about particular music or other inanity within pop entertainment. BUT I do *hate* proselytizing. That's why I didn't *necessarily* agree. And my hackles do rise if that's all the individual can talk about.

It really depends on the situation. Sometimes in this society, you have to be polite and NOT discuss your religious beliefs or anyone else's. However, I don't have anything against people letting others know who they are and discussing it when the time is right.
