Boy, THAT'S a subjective question if I ever heard of one. Define enlarged? I'm a guy, but my opinion is this: labia come in all sizes. As long as it doesn't cause any problems, who cares?

i hope so!! as i have one and its very very embarrassing!! i refuse to have sex because of it!! and its uncomfortable!! its quite common though apparently!! the question is...are guys okay with them??

Yeah, it's normal--But it's very uncomfortable. I had a labiaplasty over a year ago and it was the best thing I've ever done. It's one of the easiest surgeries you can do. Not only can I run and wear tight pants now, but my labia have actually become more sensitive now. So, if you've ever read about horror stories by women who got this surgery 20 years ago and now have no feeling down there, I can debunk that. However, I never had a problem with how it looks. I think if I were a lesbian, I would prefer a woman with larger labia for more to play with. But that's just me...
