I work in a bar resturant and work sometimes a 9 and a half hour shift in this time i only get a paid 20 min break is this right

In Australia, this is illegal. But in general, if you want to starve to death then you don't need to go to work, do you? Good luck. I hope you find a solution, preferably a better job.

In America, you may be entitled to 2 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch hour. This may or may not apply to the hospitality industry. You should contact your local labor board and ask them what the laws specific to your area are.
