  • You can't get copies of the content of the messages themselves, unless they are still on your phone. The only thing that you can get from the carrier, is the phone number you text from, and text to, and the date. If you want to take sent messages off your phone that are still there, you can use a USB cord or BLuetooth to put them on your pc.
  • The FBI, CIA, and NSA have every text msg and email you've sent, since 2005. Maybe they'll send you copies, but I doubt it.
