No. There is no blood and I assume their are no fantasies being played out when girls have their periods. Also our moods do not change.

My Dear think of it this way ... on one hand ... a Wet Dream = Sexual excitement, with a rush of contentment when they get off because of a pleasurable dream state as they sleep thinking about sex ... Menstration (aka "Period") = hormonal moodiness with painful bloating + crampiness when "Aunt Flo" (aka "The Curse")comes for the unwelcome visit, just about every month and overstays the welcome for about a week or so ... comparing the two, there is no comparison ... guys don't bleed from their penis's, and if they do they need to see a doctor a.s.a.p.!
