because people are different and not everybody agrees or does the same thing

Because everyone is different. we all have different beliefs and prejudices etc., and when all those things come into play it makes a relationship rather more complicated then we originally believed them to be.

what kind of relationship? i guess it's because of our differences as individuals. at some point, our views and opinions may clash and contradict. i guess it's a matter of dealing and handling relationships.
