Hey, just keep up the walks and a positive attitude :) I was having this conversation earlier with someone in the same situation, and you wouldn't believe what walking does for people. Positive attitude is very important buddy! If you keep up the walking, I guarantee you WILL see results within a matter of weeks and months... good luck, keep us updated if you can

I see. (rubs chin musingly) Depending on your age, you should consider eating a little more healthier, if possible, and instead of walking for an hour, find a nice padded track and jog as much as you can and build from there. Additionally, I would advise looking into one of those tv ad exercise machines if jogging is an issue, but definitely consider it for the ab workout. There is an AB ball that works well and then the ab lounge, not to mention quite a few of others. Also, there is a machine where you set resistance settings on this new age "treadmill" of sorts. Instead of a actual tread mill, you position one leg on one side and the other on the other side and rotate leg movement with said resistors. This way, you can get the leg and such workout without the pain of pounding your feet on the pavement or even a track.

In order to lose fat, you must eat healthy and burn calories by doing yoga that can raise your heart rate on a regular basis. Deep breathing increase oxidation and burning of fat cells. Visit yoga classes & keep yourself exercising by doing yoga at home on the days you can’t make a class. http://www.yogawiz.com/yoga-therapy/yoga-therapy-for-weight-loss.html

I think it is all about how your body stores fat. We all have places where it arrives first and stays last. You may have to accept those curves or plan to lose an extra 5 lbs. But whatever you do, don't stop that great exercise plan and right foods, that is definately the secret, there is no way your body can hang onto any excess fat with what you are doing.
