Hillary tried very hard to give us national health care, against the bitter opposition of Republicans whose position is to protect the entrenched medical industry and the exorbitant profits of drug mfrs. Obama promises to continue the good fight, and I believe he and Joe Biden will. McCain OTOH has made it clear that he supports the right-wing policies of the Republican party.
