One way is to sign up with CD Baby, and pay their setup fee. $35, i believe. They will distribute to your music to itunes, as well as amazon & raphsody, among others.

You have to get a deal with a record company that has a deal with iTunes, such as Naxos. But beware, most record companies, (including Naxos I think) keep all these profits for themselves.
