  • I tell them the place where I am staying at that moment.Actually we say things the way they would make sense to that person.I would tell a foreigner that I am from this country. I would tell the local person that I am from his place and if someone who has come from my previous state then I would tell him I came from that state and like wise if someone who is from my place of birth I would tell him so!
