It could be the fact that you are shy, could be that he likes you. Don't wait for someone else to make a move. If you want it, then try to get it.

No, it's not bad quite the opposite. If he is outgoing around everyone but you, that tells me that he probably has feelings for you. I have been in this situation before. I know what it's like to be shy and have someone else that is shy around you like you. One of you will have to take the bull by the horns eventually. Just practice making like conversation with him, and don't scare him away. If it's meant to be he will come around. Good Luck!

you should try to get to know him as a friend before you say you like him 'that way'... maybe once you get to know him, he wont seem that perfect anymore. remember, everyone has their faults, even the most georgeous and outgoing guys. so you should get to know him more, to get to know his good and bad qualities. try not to be so shy... when you go and talk to him (about something other than to ask him out i mean), say to yourself.. 'come on, i can do this without blushing'... maybe you wont manage the first time, but you will do much better the second and third and fourth time etc... this way, this guy may get to know you better too, and then maybe, who knows.... he might be the one asking you to go out! good luck, and never give up!

If he's anything like me then the news are good; it means that he really likes you. Don't rush things, just continue being yourself, except talk to him if you have a chance (but don't come on to him, let him do that when he feels more comfy around you).

Mabye getting to know him will make him realize if he wants to be with u or not. Or u can jjust ask him out the worst thing he can say is no. :)

I am in the same situation now, he talks to most of my co-workers especially those who are close to me. But whenever I come around he pretends he doesnt see me. It looks cute though, but sometimes you'd think he doesnt know you.

I'm in a sort of similar situation. I'm the guy in the situation. I am outgoing, and there is this girl I do like, but don't hang her with so much. I am with other people a lot though, so I never seem to have the time to chill. But, I would make time if I knew for sure she liked me back.
