I never keep the bills of my own purchase and he doens't have to know. I earned my own money. Only utility bills we both know.

The bill for his birthday present!

I normally have separate finances. This was true even when I have had women living with me who did not work. I am not sure separate is the same as “hidden” so no, I have never "hidden" anything.

Do you KNOW what my mother would do to me if she finds the phone bills? Hint: Samurai sword...
-
Oh HELL YA! He pays them so the credit card bill will come into his possession at SOME point. No need to RUSH it! Every day of life has VALUE.
-
No. What would be the point in hiding? It will need to be paid eventually and deception would just cause guilt, anxiety and a lack of trust. It's better to be open with your spouse. They are supposed to be your partner in life. Who wants a partner who tries to 'cheat' at the finances? My sister's husband was so bad that he actually took a check from the back of the check book to buy something, thinking she wouldn't find out that way. How dumb can you get? lol
-
No, never hid any bill from him, and he has never hid any bill from me!
-
No he created most of them so I usually stick them in his face!!!
