I have had my organs fall out many times.I carry my (mouth) organs in my top pocket and when I lean over they fall out.:) :)

Pick it up and get to casualty as quick as possible.

Freak out, pick it up, put it in some ice and rush off to see a doctor and go ANY REASON WHY THIS JUST FELL OUT??

Switch to a harmonica -- they're a lot easier to carry than an organ...

Probably not much! I would have to rely on someone else to call 911, since I'm laying on the ground bleeding with a random organ next to me! haha

I believe that if any organ of mine were to hit the street, it is going to be my liver, after having wriggled out to freedom and realizing that it doesn't have any legs. I'll wash it off with beer and stuff it back in, of course.

put it back in my pants and zip up my zipper. ok, hadn't realized someone used that one... so next thought. the only organ that'd fall out would be the kidney I stole so..... I'd have to put it back in my pocket and hope nobody noticed.
