Little known remedy. Put super-glue on the papercut, it will not burn, but instantly make it feel better. Try it.

Wow! Interrogation techniques have radically changed over the years! I'd say it's not so much what type of paper is used, but WHERE the paper cuts are located. Like under fingernails, in the webbing between fingers, in the creases of skin where the finger joints fold...that kind of thing. And anywhere salty sweat can get to, as well. That would help with the interrogation. So, what prompted this question? Budget cutbacks and no smoking allowed inside public buildings make it impossible to afford those bare 100 watt bulbs in the smoke filled rooms? Medical coverage doesn't cover bruised knuckles? Nobody intimidated by saps anymore? ;)
