  • an herbal supplement you can get from the drug store called melatonin...it comes in 3mg tablets. flight attendents use them for jet lag...and they dont leave you drowsy...i used to take them...about 3 at a time tho. also..while you are laying in bed...relax your jaw muscles and dont clench your teeth. i used to do both those things and not even know it till someone told me to stop...also...keep your breathing deep and level
  • You can take graval or bucklys night time tablets both of those things make me pass out and I have problems with sleeping to, the graval you can get in a no name brand for like $4 for 30 pills!!
