  • Remember, your experiences don't define you... they're just part of the ebb and flow of your consiousness. And if you're grieving over a lost relationship, remember that the grief means that there were good times that you're missing now ...so be grateful for the good times. Good luck.

  • Part of it is allowing your emotions out but to heal faster, you can't have any items that make you think or remember your past love. Put photos and writings or whatever away and let time deal and heal. If you try to hard you'll only end up thinking more about it and will delay the healing.
  • Cry, get angry, and grieve; then do it again. Know that you can't go backwards so the only way is to go forward. Get rid of any of their belongings by giving them back to them.This gesture gives both of you closure and takes away any reminders. Turn to your friends and/or family for support but don't go looking for another relationship right away. You need to heal. It's almost like they died.They aint comin' back, and you probably wouldn't want them to if you think about it!
