  • Absolutely not, that isnt why I married him. My ex quit a job and dropped $5.oo an hour and I didnt leave him, he was happier at the new job, that is what is important, I left him because he is an ass.
  • Only if I were a gold digger....which I am not....
  • He has, he retired, too young for SSI,Couldn't take more than 30 years in the place he worked. It was awful. He stayed for the kids. He works now, he's an elecrician, makes less money, cause he only has one job, but I'm still here. It's harder because I can't work anymore. Ha, he should be leaving me:)
  • No!!!!!!! When you love someone you don't even consider something like that! Love holds them up, is proud of who they are, not what they can give you. When there is love all that matters is that you still have each other no matter how bad the storm.
  • He didn't divorce me when I stopped making the money I used to bring home. I guess I'd just have to find some kind of work I could do.
  • For the most part of our marriage, I made more money than he did! It didn't bother me.
  • That would mean you married for money and not love.
  • If i married him for the money...then yes. if i married him for love(which is what i would do) it wouldnt matter how much money he brought in
  • HAHAHA!!! NO!!! I wouldn't marry someone based on their income anyway. That seems pretty shallow and it's not something I could do. I'm a real romantic when it comes to relationships.
