well when you have all that money to "fly her everywhere" you shouldnt need to feel good or smart enough... you can pay someone to do it for you. :) CHEER UP!!!!!

I move on.

I put on a sweater, sit in a chair, look into a mirror, and say "You're good enough. You're smart enough. And, dog gone it, people like you." If that doesn't work, I run for Senate.

I read books or play video games. Escapism.

I question the thought, let it lose it's impact and effectiveness by doing so and then I apply a positive thought to replace it. . If one consistently thinks *I'm not good or smart enough, so i lack in value* they confirm that belief to themselves and it soon becomes very firmly ingrained within their mind and causes them unhappiness and a sense of worthlessness. That thought then feeds itself and carries over into every other aspect of ones life. . Now if you question that thought each time it occurs and say to yourself *hey though i might not be good or smart enough to do some things, i am very good and certainly smart enough to do other things* you will see how that thought gives you a feeling of hope, self worth and confidence. . Like a negative thought .. application of positive thought will also ingrain itself in your mind and carry over to other aspects of your life, however, it results in a sense of happiness and self worth :)

I try harder. It does no good to whine about things and not try to fix them. I also can't help but think of Eleanor Roosevelt's quote- "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent".

there is allways a way to BS

Not good or smart enough for whom? Anyone who rejects me I just move on from and leave behind.
-
I do something to distract myself from those thoughts, or I abuse an innocent person needlessly.

Talk to someone that thinks highly of me and has no problem expressing it. They help point out all the things I'm great at that I forget when I'm down.
