Figure out what you really love to do , and turn it into a form of exercise...you`ll enjoy sticking with it more... I personally love to walk alot and will do it every chance I get...I wish I could walk to work ,but I live on a highway and it`s far...I`d be late unless I left 3 hours before I had to be there. The main thing is "you must enjoy what you do or it won`t be easy to stick to!" "Good-Luck!"
