  • I think that its because for example, I asked a question about the name of a movie and while it is a fact I'm looking for so it could be educational but it's not really and it's not conversational either therefore I feel that probably a lot of other 'ABers' have trouble putting their question into only two categories as it doesn't fit into either.
  • 1. People are lazy. 2. Many questions fall somewhere in between, i.e. an answer from your personal experience that you can conversationally elaborate on.
  • I don't specify mine as I see no need to. The only purpose I see is it adds a number to one side or the other. I personally never let that sway me as to rather or not I want to answer a certain question. I don't even notice unless I am bored. Perhaps if someone had a good reason why they need to be specified I would start but just because it's there isn't really worth my time to do it.
