  • I was in senior managment for a number years, and worked with great people. If anyone who answers your question is honest, they will tell you there is definately different interaction between man and woman. Though the perception is we work together as one, and everyone is conversed with equally, it does not happen that way. With that being said, I never performed annual reviews with any prejudice at all. I beleive that casual conversation is where the difference occurs, right or wrong.
  • No, not at all, one of my bosses is a man and one a woman, it doesnt make a difference to me!
  • Yes, very.
  • Of course! They ARE different. They process information differently. They react to situations differently, so you tend to treat them differently.
  • I've had a superior who was both which I find discusting... however the fact that he/she was one of the 5% who deserved their position I would swallow that to talk to him/her rather than the rest of the incompetent boobs.
