I do and I love it. It's so simple to make dinner. Just toss in the ingredients of just about anything I want to make, turn it on and 4-8 hours later, dinner is ready. I have even made dessert in mine. You can make hot drinks for a party. Like Spiced Cider or Eggnog. I'll find some great recipes for you and post them later. I have a cookbook just for the slow cooker. Definitely buy one. Well worth the money!!

We have two. Get the kind where you can take the pot out and clean it. We have a cheap one that is one piece and that makes it harder to clean because you can't get the electrical element inside wet. They are great for cooking lots of things. My wife uses it a lot of times. She'll have me grill hamburger on the outside barbecue grill and then put them in the slow cooker on low with some beef broth to keep warm. When the folks come for the party, the hamburgers are ready, hot, and moist. I also use it to give my wife a vacation from cooking. You can make beef, chicken, turkey, etc. stew with carrots, celery, potato, etc. that really gets well mixed and flavorful. It's a great time saver and makes delicious meals. As you can see, I do like them.

I use my crockpot quite often in the winter. I just dump in a bunch of veggies, meat and spices, I never use a real recipe. Be sure to buy one that has a removable bowl, much easier for storgae and clean up.

I have one. Don't use it very often. But when I do, usually I just get the meals that can be found in the frozen food section.

Go get one immediately. It makes life really simple especially if you have to be out the whole day and want to come back to a delicious meal. I can give you dozen's of recipes for crock pots any time you want.

I have a couple but they're stashed away, out of reach. I rarely get in the mood to use one. I want to make soup, but I'm too lzay to acquire and prepare all the veggies, etc. My rice cooker gets a lot of use. Also my salad spinner.
