  • Put yourself in an environment that helps you to concentrate best. For some, it's a very quiet library room - others study with friends for support. Put on some classical music, get enough rest, and start your day off with a healthy breakfast like oatmeal. It won't change how you feel emotionally, but it definitely answers the question of fostering productive and consistent study habits. Good luck and feel better.
  • dont study at that time. do whatever u love to at low times, coz if u study at time of depression then that was a force study, n the result of forceful thing is nothing
  • shit if i were you i would try to get a hold of some oxycodones or tramadol. that will help you study and take your depression away
  • If u dont get over this u will flunk and at the end of the year you will realize it wasnt worth flunking class over a jackass
