With times so hard financially, so many people losing their jobs and homes, what are you doing to staying about water?

The new owner of our company just gave us all a rather generous raise, that we didn't ask for and didn't have to negotiate terms. Also, he surprised us all a few days ago and lowered our insurance premiums. So I'm working hard to keep my job, paying my mortgage way ahead of schedule, keeping a zero balance credit card, and making wise investments. We're well above water.
