I like a seafood linguni with alfredo sauce.

I like shrimp but am usually disappointed in how they look or taste. Lately, I have gravitated to a nicely broiled piece of fish with some seasoning on it. Salmon, Tilapia, Chilean Sea Bass, Catfish. The other day I had this Creole Catch Spicy broiled tilapia served with fresh steamed broccoli and brown rice pilaf with cheese and tomatoes It was so moist and wonderful and it was a bargain. I had salmon at a Chili's about a year ago and it was so dried out and awful I referred to it as "salmon jerky". Generally, it's hard to mess up a good filet of fish.

It would be a tie between crab legs and deep fried shrimp, but a couple of years ago I developed an intolerance for shell fish. Now, I would have to be sushi. Probably either Unagi or Spicy Tuna Rolls.

The ONLY seafood I eat is fish, and really, the only kinds of fish I'll eat are Salmon, tuna, mahi mahi, and snapper... although I have been known to eat trout on occasion (when my bf caught it himself). If I am out at a restaurant, the only seafood item I will order would be salmon. Grilled or broiled. Its absolutely delicious, and sometimes my only option when the people I'm with decide to go out for seafood.
