Help answer this question below.

I was given a oval white pill with the imprint M366 on one side and nothing written on the other side. I was told it would relieve some of the pain I endure from a cracked back. Is this vicodin 7.5 as I was told. Thank You !

    it is hydrocodone..basically the same thing as vicodin
