No, I am not against marriage. Marriage is instituted by God for the good of man.

I'm not against marriage, but I strongly believe it's way too easy to GET married. It should be just as hard to marry as it is to get un-married. Most couples have no real perspective of what they're actually doing. Marriage, as any DIVORCED couple know, is a LEGAL CONTRACT which masquerades as a religious ceremony. No one goes before God when the marriage collapses...the lawyers and courts take over. People should be properly educated and pass required training before being approved to marry, or they should remove the legal penalties of failing to honor a marriage contract. Having said that, I'm all for marriage...been married twice myself. It's just that the SECOND time I was a lot more clear headed about what to expect. Buyer beware.
