My name is Tere Beard. I am on probation for 3 years for petty theft. I was charged with a misdemanor. The other day I was caught stealing at walmart. They didnt call the police they just gave me a paper i have to pay them. Is this guna be on my record?

No, because the police weren't called, but if your on pobation, why are you stealing again? Try to get some help before you screw up the rest of your life. Man it ain't worth it, BELIEVE ME I know.

- Thanks! I was seeing a psycologist in my college but then the summer ended. I feel its because I'm stressed out. I don't think when I'm stressed out. But I called my psycoloist and I have an appoionment next week. I get stressed out because of my life. I know its not an excuse but I'm getting help
