I'm not sure, but I'm afraid it means either that she's no longer a virgin, or that she's had sex with several guys. It's not a phrase I've ever used myself, or anything similar to it, so I don't really know. But I know the phrase, so I assume this is what that type of guys mean

Usually I've heard it used as a semi-polite way to say that a girl is f*cked up in the head most likely because of a tramatic experience...

basically it means that you either have had sex with many other guys and no longer "tight"...or you been hit by many "BIG" guys....get it?
