My partner, to the best of my knowledge, has never 'faked it'. There have been many times where she has not climaxed, or we have climaxed at different times, or I have not climaxed. I occasionally have sex with her because she has a physical need for it, as she occasionally does for me, but usually our wish for sex is mutual and relaxed and we both achieve orgasm. If she doesn't or I don't then it's no problem for us. So this means that either we are truthful with each other, or I can't tell when she 'fakes it'.
