I would say in most cases yes, its just growth in real terms, however, some people's growth stagnates........

Logically, you would. Like a copy of a copy, it's not quite the same as the original. But, if we replicate ourselves every 7 years, then that means there have been multiple you's. So what really defines you? If all the parts have been replaced, yet you remain, are you still yourself?

not all of you is replaced by new cells... there are cells which are not replaced if they die. most of these are found in your brain, those concerned with your memories of past happenings. as you form your ideas on past experiences, then, as these cells remain there all your life, then if you change your ideas it is not because your cells have been replaced, but because experience has thought you otherwise. after all, man is a learning being, and so able to change his beliefs if these beliefs prove to be untrusthworthy or untrue.

You mean all of the cells have died once and been renewed in a 7 year period presumably. My ideas change all the time. Not every 7 years. Mine might be changing right now....or then again....maybe not.;-)

Well that may be true about most of our physical selves, it is not true about the brain, but very intresting question.
