  • Heat your clothes iron, just as if you were going to iron a shirt. Once it's warmed up, place a few paper towels on top of the candle wax stain. Place a few sheets around the stain, which will prevent scorching other areas. Now this is really simple, just iron the sheets of paper that are on top of the candle wax. The wax will liquefy and be absorbed by the paper towels. As you iron the paper towels, the wax is absorbed into the sheets of paper. This looks like little spots of water or grease on the paper towel. Once you've seen these spots, you know the wax is coming out
  • Yep ~ melt wax with a hairdryer then wash clothes in warm water :)
  • If there is alot of wax set the clothing in the freezer for a bit. The wax will harden and you can crack off most of it. For the reamining bits, turn your iron on the lowest setting so as not to scorch your fabric. It's probably best to kow your fabric content so that you don't have it too warm. Lay a couple of sheets of white paper toweling on the ironing board. Place the stained area of clothing directly atop the paper towel. Place a couple more sheets of paper towel atop the wax stain. You'll have a paper towel sandwich with the stain in the middle if that makes sense :) Set the iron atop the paper toweling and do not move it. Reason being, moving it around will cause the liquified wax to migrate and you'll have a bigger stain. Just let the paper towel soak up the wax. Once all the wax is absorbed into the paper towel, launder as usual.

  • Freeze the wax by putting the garment in the freezer if possible. Then pick off as much wax as you can. Next on an ironing board, put a flattened piece of a brown grocery bag on the garment, put the iron on a low setting, and iron the garment over the bag. The bag will absorb the wax. change positions of the bag frequently if there is alot of wax.
