Did you start growing white hair in your early 20 non-genetically? Where did it start first?

    I started growing some white hair sporadically on the back of my head when I was 22 or 23. Genetically, my parents didn't have white hair when they were young. Recently I find that some white hairs are appearing in the middle of my head.

    Do you have any recipes or good ways to curb or cure it?
