If you are making hot chocolate with real chocolate, you could try adding some after dinner mints as well as dark chocolate, to make a choc mint hot chocolate When I make hot chocolate I use about 3-4 cups of milk, 150-200 grams of good quality dark chocolate, a tablespoon or teaspoon of sugar (according to taste), a teaspoon of coffee (the coffee really brings out the flavour of the chocolate. Boil all ingredients together until the chocolate is fully melted) and you're done!
