I am 20 and my menstrual periods are too painful, I feel a lot of pain for 1 to 2 days of my menstrual period, and it is too much. What is this, is this normal? Please help me out.

    Make sure your calcium and magnesium levels are normal and that you are not subclinically hypothyroid.

    have you seen a MD. they can put you on BC pills and it will help with a lot of that even for just short term.. YOu may also have endometriosis which causes that..so you need to see a MD
