  • YES! ;-) All of the above. I gain satisfaction form a job well done, helping my clients, improving the economy, etc. No I have not overlooked the money. Without incentives, my family would starve. With the housing market in a slump, my income has followed. Bummer.
  • all the above. i love doing a good job, i get stressed out when i see people who only go to work to make a lil paycheck. they are lazy and put forth no effort..
  • Primarily the work ethic closely followed by the actual work itself.
  • I always try to do my best, in everything I do. I'm a recovering perfectionists lol!! I am now satisfied in doing my best and if I can't do more, that's fine with me now. I like feeling good about myself and I like pleasing others. I'd do this for no money, just because I care to be honorable.
  • When I was teaching school, it was my missionary spirit that motivated me. Heaven knows, it wasn't the pay. Now that I'm into a new career of writing, it is the joy of writing that keeps me going. Will I sell any books? Maybe.....
  • A combo - work ethic, money, and I have a GREAT boss. I would never want to let him down.
  • Money doesn't make a difference to me. If I do well or if I suck, I get paid the same. The work is impossible to finish. The company expects 100, while it is only physically possible to attain 80 (this is quite frustrating). I survive on my work ethic. I enjoy doing a good job.
