  • Absolutely not. I think that everyone learns differently, in that we all have these preconcieved in bread means by which we process and utilize information. Some people learn by doing, and some by actually being shown a thing by someone else. Some people are independent and some are dependent in their learning curve. I think that if they made it easier for adults to return back to school and it not be so degrading and difficult the world would be a much better place. It is hard to come to a certain point in life only to find that you skipped a few vital steps for whatever reason only to find yourself so far behind the rest of life that you can never catch up. there is not enough compensation and understanding for the differences that people have. As much as society pretends to try and delegate and provide for its differences it doesn't really and once you fall behind in life, it is made to be almost impossible to catch up again if you ever really do.
  • Yes, you start by taking small steps. You need to identify when you are doing something that you don't want to do anymore and stop doing it. You will have to do this maybe 10, 20, or 100 times before it really starts to change, but it will. Trust me. I used to think negatively all the time, but now I hardly ever do. Even when I do start to think negatively, I stop it right in it's tracks.
