That is the weirdest way I ever heard of to lose weight. The best way, and healthiest way to lose weight is to eat less calories (fresh fruits and vegetables) and burn more calories (walk at least a mile everyday).

What worked for me was watching "OutBreak." Those Helicopter scenes make me wanna spew everytime. Not to mention those scense where that guy tries to make out with that monkey. I may be thinking of a different movie here but it still makes me sick. OH yeah, Jalapeno Cornuts can make you Yak really fast so be ready for that one.

stop trying to make yourself throw up right now it is not healthy at all and extremely dangerouse.i would suggest talking to an adult you can trust perhaps your mom about dieting. even some diets arnt safe so you need halp. the safest way would be to eat healthey with fruits and stuff like that and work out like walking with friends or walking your dog doing fun excersises and even dancing around to music every day helps. just please dont make yourself throw up.

A desire to make yourself throw up in order to be thin is a sign of an eating disorder. If you do make a habit of throwing up, it will hurt your throat and your teeth, and make you feel awful physically and emotionally. I'm wondering how old you are and how overweight you actually are. You are supposed to be kind of soft and squishy (but if you come from a family where the women are naturally very thin then you might not be). It's okay to have some padding on your hips, thighs, tummy, or wherever. If you aren't eating very much, and you truly are gaining a lot more weight that expected, there could be a medical cause, so that is a reason to see a doctor. You don't say how old you are, but your weight gain may well be natural, healthy growth. You may have friends with skinny little butts and legs, or whatever, and think you are supposed to look like them. But maybe that's not your body type. Try to learn about good nutrition, and take care of your body. If you really need to lose weight, talk to your doctor and get them to help you plan a healthy diet and exercise plan that isn't going to leave you damaged and unhappy.

okay well first off let me just tell you that i used to be bulemic and at first you may just throw up regular meals, but after you realize that you can eat and eat without gaining weight then you will just eat more and more and more and throw up more. at the time you dont think your doing much harm but you are. itll screw you up physically and emotionally. many bulemics die of heart failure or just end up having a weak heat with many problems. not only does it hurt your heart it rots your teeth the acid from the throw up burns up your esophogus and it does a lot more to you that i cant name off the top of my head right now. and mentally, well youll become depressed and itll take a long time to get you back to normal. also if you become bulemic and then eventually stop, well your probably just gonna put on a ton of weight because once you get so used to being able to eat what you want and as much as you want its gonna be hard to just start eating the correct amounts after you stop throwing up. just please dont do this, if you wanna lose weight then try and work out everyday and eat right. if you still continue to gain weight it may be some kind of medical problem. im sorry to write so much, but i just wanted you to know how throwing up will affect you.

ok well i know that this isnt answering your question, but i just want to let you know that throwing up your food is an eating disorder called bulimia. i used to be bulemic and while, yea, it will help you lose weight, it isnt worth it because it screws up your whole body. if you have it long enough it can kill you. it messes up your heart and because i did it for so long i will randomly get these terrible pains in my chest. it does a lot more than just screw with your heart too, it messes with your esophogus, your digestive system, it will irregulate your period for a long time, even after you stop. oh and just so you know, once i finally got help for it i gained all the weight back plus more. sorry if this is so long, but thats really not a good choice. itll become an addiction and itll be hard to stop.

i dont have an answer on how to make urself throwup, but i do kno y u keep gaining wait. i think its that since u starve urself ur body use the fats that u have stored. but once ur body uses that fat, whatever u eat from then on, all of it is stored as fat. thats y u keep gaining wait. u can loose wieght but only in a healthy way like a diet, once u start eating normally again.
